Would you like to join our patient and families panel?
We’re looking for more people who’d like to share their thoughts and ideas about our work for patients and their friends and families by joining the panel. Find out more by emailing [email protected] or calling 020 7284 8271
Katy is already part of the panel and she says, “I joined the panel to help others who are experiencing a similar situation to myself. I think that changes, no matter how small, such as wording on posters, can have a significant impact on how it’s interpreted by another patient. Nobody can understand what it is like to be a patient with blood cancer, unless you have been there yourself and it is nice to be able to use my own experience to help others in the future."
