CAR T-cell therapy
Hi everyone!
I’m Emily, the CAR-T Clinical Nurse Specialist here at Anthony Nolan. I work with the charity 3 days a week and also work at an NHS CAR-T centre 2 days a week so have the privilege of supporting patients and their loved ones through treatment. I just wanted to introduce myself and set up this discussion for anyone with any questions about CAR T-cell therapy or if you'd just like to connect with others going through CAR-T.
We realise that the forum can be a little daunting to navigate when you first arrive but we’re here if you need us, and we also have Online Community Champions on hand to offer support or answer any questions where possible.
If you need specific information about your own treatment or recovery, I recommend you keep in touch with your medical team at your hospital.
